Hi, my name is Michelle Brown and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor.
It can be hard to take that first step and reach out for support. I am here to offer you a warm and safe space free from judgement. My humanistic approach means the focus is on you and what you want to bring. It is important for me that we build a strong trusting relationship where your feelings will be valid and we can work to understand and explore your struggles to move forward towards positive change. From everyday problems to trauma, long term or short term counselling, we can work to suit your needs.

My background is working with the emergency services, adult safeguarding and holistic therapy alongside caring for my own family. My counselling integration includes Person Centered Theory, Gestalt, Relational Therapy and Transactional Analysis.
I am available to work online or in person.

We will meet for a 50 minute session at an agreed weekly time and I charge £50 per session. I do have some concessionary rates available which can be discussed during your introductory call.
